their first breath and each new addition from the instant we brought them into our home.
My responsibility for and commitment to my cats and kittens does not end when they join
their new families. Therefore, all BellaKatz cats and kittens are sold on a contract. My
contract addresses issues that pertain to the cat's present and future well-being such as
housing and re-homing (if the need should ever arise). I reserve the right to refuse any sale
at any time.

The health and cleanliness of my cats is very important to me. Each cat or kitten leaves
my home with a fresh bath and is completely free of fungus, worms, fleas, and any other
infectious "nasties". All cats and kittens are appropriately vaccinated, wormed, and
treated with FrontLine flea control before they join their new families. I give each new
family a guide that explains the basics of Persian care, which includes tips on topics such
as grooming and diet. I also provide a health record for each cat or kitten. Finally, I offer
an extensive written health and genetic guarantee for all cats and kittens purchased
from BellaKatz.

All "pet" quality kittens are sold on a spay/neuter contract. There are no
exceptions, so please do not ask. Kittens are not placed with their new
families until they are at least 12 weeks old. Please note, with very rare
exceptions, all of my available cats or kittens are available to pet homes. My

Breeder / Show quality cats and kittens are available to select homes and

available show prospect kittens are available to Premiership homes for pet
prices. Premiership prospects will be altered before they leave my home, no
exceptions. Showing in the Premiership is a wonderful way to learn about
the cat fancy.

I will hold any available cat or kitten for a non-refundable deposit, which is
50% of the sale price of the cat. No cat or kitten will be shipped until full
payment has been received. I have a verified PayPal account with which I
can accept most major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. PayPal is my

Worldwide shipping is available as weather permits. All shipping and
associated expenses (carrier, vetting, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the
buyer . Shipping within the United States and all related expenses are
generally between $200.00 and $250.00. I prefer to ship out of Sacramento
